1. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days within the United States.


3. How can I track my order?

To track your order, email us at bravethshop@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and email used at checkout. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with an update.


4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. Read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund right away.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order separately.
